As anticipated, the pillows were quite large; however, the product description mentioned that it includes two of them. I placed an order for two sets, anticipating a total of four pillows, but only two arrived. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer support.

The quality of these pillow inserts is impressive. However, I was under the impression that $63 would get me a pair of inserts, not just one. The advertised details mentioned a two-piece set—leading one to believe a single order would include two. Hence, if someone purchased two sets for $134.00, they would naturally anticipate receiving four pillows, wouldn’t they?
