Totally let down after forking out $79 for the return of this bedding set (duvet and pillows). The duvet wasn't packed as originally and came out all crumpled. Though there was a chance to snag it as an open-box item for less, I opted to splurge on the full-price version. Sadly, what I got seemed like it had been bought and returned judging by the packaging. It's non-washable, which means a trip to the dry cleaner's if you want it pressed. Unless you plan to take it off the bed nightly, it's going to get even more wrinkled. Typically, I'm all for spending a bit more on quality bedding, but the extra effort and cost to maintain its appearance? Not so much. While I usually reserve reviews for good experiences, I'm sharing this in hopes it might save someone the same trouble, or at least prepare them for what's in store. Thanks :)

Good quality… though I'm uncertain if it justifies the price tag. At that cost, I anticipated getting both pillows and shams.

Really like the comforter, but it would have been nice if the pillows shown in the picture were included or available for purchase.
